Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Celestial Home Care Services LLC provides non-medical homemaker and companion services, including but not limited to: light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, transportation to appointments, and faith-based activities (upon request). Medical or clinical care services are strictly outside the scope of our offerings.

2. Client Eligibility

Services are available to individuals residing in Florida, requiring assistance with daily living tasks, not in need of skilled nursing care, and who have signed a Service Agreement.

3. Service Agreement

Clients or their legal representatives must sign a Service Agreement outlining service types, rates, schedule, and emergency protocols before services begin.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due per the billing schedule. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit. Late payments may incur fees, and service may be paused for non-payment.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to termination. Services may be rescheduled due to emergencies.

6. Client Conduct and Safety

Care is provided in a respectful, safe environment. Unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination. Homes must be safe for caregivers.

7. Caregiver Boundaries

Caregivers may not accept gifts, tips, or perform tasks outside the service plan. Changes must go through the office.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We protect client privacy in compliance with Florida law and HIPAA where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for incidents outside caregiver presence, non-negligent property loss, or unauthorized services.

10. Termination of Services

Services may be terminated with 7 days’ notice or immediately in cases of non-payment, abuse, or unsafe environments.

11. Faith-Based Disclaimer

Optional faith-based services are offered only with client consent. Participation is not required.

12. Governing Law

Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed in writing or through our website.
