Acerca del puesto
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care and companionship to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
-Personal Care & ADLs (as needed):
-Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
-Mobility and transfer assistance (wheelchair, walker, bed mobility)
-Medication reminders (no medication administration)
-Support with safe ambulation and fall prevention
-Companion & Homemaker Duties:
-Meal preparation
-Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
-Encouraging engagement, conversation, and emotional support
-Accompanying clients to appointments or errands
-Specialized Support:
-Alzheimer’s and dementia redirection and safety supervision
-Support for clients with chronic conditions
-Observing and reporting changes in client condition
-Professional Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate daily care notes
-Follow all agency policies and care plans
-Respect each client’s dignity, privacy, and cultural preferences
-Arrive on time and maintain great communication with the office

Requisitos
Current CNA license in the state of Florida
CPR or BLS certification (required)
Level 2 background check (AHCA)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with seniors, Alzheimer’s, or home care (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
